Scope of Services. Through this Site, Gold Square Construction markets and arranges Interior Painting Service, Drywall Repair Service, Drywall Installation, Handyman Service, Local Handyman, Home Repair Service, Painting Contractor, Wall Texture Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://goldsquareconstruction.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Gold Square Construction or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
As-Is Basis. https://goldsquareconstruction.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Gold Square Construction makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Gold Square Construction's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Gold Square Construction against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by TX law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in TX for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Modifications. Gold Square Construction may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
